VISUAL INSPIRATION & MOODBOARDING
I compiled inspiration from minimalist lifestyle magazines, digital interior design blogs, and contemporary type-focused websites. My moodboard included neutral palettes, elegant serif typography, and a strong emphasis on white space and large-format photography.
SKETCHES & LAYOUT IDEATION
Initial wireframes explored how to visually structure scrollable galleries with the ability to filter based upon interest. Layouts were iterated to prioritize hierarchy and user flow, with focus on intuitive scrolling experiences and prominent, yet minimal, navigation.
TYPOGRAPHY & COLOR
The site uses a modern sans-serif for headlines and body text to maintain elegance while ensuring legibility. Colors are kept earthy and subdued, with creamy whites, graphite grays, and soft wood tones with colors popping through imagery to support the modernism of the brand.
